| Terms and Conditions of using the SECTORPAGES.COM database |

| 1. | The present rules specify the terms and conditions of using the database provided by YellowPages Ltd. |
| 2. | YellowPages Ltd. gives access to the database to users of the Internet service in a limited range resulting from the Terms and Conditions. |
| 3. | The SECTORPAGES.COM database contains information about subjects being legal or physical persons who pursuit business activity in Poland as well as outside its borders. The base also contains information about different subjects who do not pursuit such an activity, however they provided information allowing for their identification. |
| 4. | Placing a registration entry in the SECTORPAGES.COM database is free of charge, however distinctions, sponsored links and other forms of commercial advertising are subject to the price list placed in the SECTORPAGES.COM service, or individual decisions. |
| 5. | Placing an entry in the SECTORPAGES.COM database takes place through filling out a form, which at the same time means accepting by the user the present Terms and Conditions. |
| 6. | YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right to send technical information to the given e-mail address. |
| 7. | The service is accessible 24 hours a day throughout the whole year, however YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right to make breaks for emergencies or maintenance of the service. YellowPages Ltd. is not by any means responsible for possible losses caused by such stoppages. |
| 8. | The data obtained by means of the online SECTORPAGES.COM service can be used only for the user's private purposes, which means that the above data cannot be used either for purposes connected with pursuing business activity (of every kind), or in the case of informational public activity, unless it is based on a separate agreement with YellowPages Ltd. or an invoiced order. |
| 9. | Using any information obtained from the database to conduct serial correspondence is forbidden, irrespective of its nature or content. |
| 10. | Paid or unpaid sharing information obtained from the database with third parties, as well as publishing or dissemination of this information, is forbidden. The user is allowed to make printings of the database for their own needs. |
| 11. | The access to the database by means of non-standard browser software is a violation of the present Terms and Conditions and might be the background for certifying the violation of the regulations. |
| 12. | In case when the terms of this agreement are violated, or a conjecture is conceived by YellowPages Ltd. that the user intends to or violates the terms, in particular by using the product, or its part, in sole trading, liberal profession or any commercial or public activity, the company reserves the right to block the user’s right to access the SECTORPAGES.COM service. Furthermore, YellowPages Ltd. may in such cases demand indemnity claims connected with the violation of its intellectual copyrights or the rights of third parties. |
| 13. | YellowPages Ltd. takes all possible efforts to provide the users with the highest quality of the service. The Company, however, does not take responsibility for the users' losses or forfeited benefits having any connection with using SECTORPAGES.COM service, and caused by incorrect information contained in the database or incorrect functioning of the Internet. |
| 14. | YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right for implementation of individual restrictions to the access to the service for particular users without a particular reason. |
| 15. | The fact of the existence of an address in the database does not imply the owner's agreement to receive unwanted correspondence, hence does not release the database user from criminal liability, defined in Art. 24 of the Act dated 18th July 2002 concerning electronic services (so called "antispam"). |
| 16. | YellowPages Ltd. does not take any responsibility for the quality of the data derived from the databases of the companies cooperating with the service. |
| 17. | By placing an entry in the SECTORPAGES.COM database the user accepts all clauses of the Terms and Conditions. |
| 18. | In cases not regulated by the present Terms and Conditions the provisions of database security system act shall apply. |
