Groklin-Karpaty LLC

Groclin KARPATY , is a company established in Uzgorod, the Ukraine. This first foreign investment of Groclin, currently under construction, is a part of the Inter Groclin capital group and is supported by the state and local authorities. The first phase is to be completed by the end of 2003, with completion slated for 2005. Already after finalizing the first phase of the project the manufacturing process will commence and the production capacity will increase by 15%. The target of the second phase is to amplify the capacity by about 60% of today's output.A framework schedule for the first phase has been agreed with the General Contractor, Bardejowske Pozemne Vstawby from the Slovak Republic, in order to cater for the need to start the production as soon as possible. The total investment expenditure will amount to 10 million. Part of it will be financed by the resources acquired through the planned public offering.
