Gamaplast is polish company specialized in designing and building tools for injection moulding and production of plastics components. We supply our services to customers from many different industry branches. I would like to offer you cooperation as a supplier of moulded pieces. Our trump is that we own tool shop. Our designers are involved in whole process of product creation - from the first idea to mass-production. Our state-of-the-art software gives the possibility of performing injection moulding process simulation - Moldflow. It is very helpful in products optimization especially at the designing stage because it has an influence on fast and efficient bringing new products into effect. We have 22 injection moulding presses of clamping forces between 25 and 800 tons by Krauss Maffei, Engel and Battenfeld additional equipped with peripherals what give us automation and full control of production process. State-of-the-art machine facilities give possibility full range of plastics processing and two-component injection. Advanced production technologies and qualified staff guarantee the highest quality of our products. Our production and service which we offer meet high requirements of our customers. Our goal is to provide our customers with products of the highest quality standards. Therefore in 2003 we introduced ISO 9001:2000 management system. We are also in the middle of ISO/TS 16949 implementation. We have measuring machine by Brown&Sharpe which enable fast checking workmanship of produced details. Additionally we use the microscope Vertex which makes possible to get precise measuring results. It is very important in production of technically advanced products. We offer our customers comprehensive service. We assemble, pack and and prepare for shipment components manufactured by us. We offer our 25 years of experience and support of high qualified engineers.
